Privacy notice
This notice explains how Sicily Investment Fund, Inc. (“we”, “us”), 12 East 49th Street, New York, NY 10017, handles personal information sent through sicilyinvestmentfund.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company or project, topic, any link you share and your message. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed); it sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location and device type. If you accept cookies, we may also use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to visits and enquiries (conversion measurement); this can set Google advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
How we use it
We use this information only to read and respond to your enquiry and, for investment proposals, to evaluate the opportunity. Messages are delivered to our team by email through our email service provider.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may share it within the Palella Holdings group or with our advisers when needed to evaluate or respond to your enquiry, or where required by law. Google LLC processes analytics and advertising data for us under its own terms (see how Google uses information from sites that use its services); this data may be processed in the United States.
Cookies
We use three kinds of cookies. Essential storage remembers your cookie choice and keeps the site working; it does not track you. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Google Ads) are set only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner; they help us measure visits, measure our ads and improve the site. Both run in Google Consent Mode, so without your consent no analytics or advertising cookies are stored. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
Retention and your choices
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to us through the contact form.
You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics on any website with Google’s browser add-on.
